1. What is hydrogen water?

Hydrogen water is simply pure water (H₂O) that’s been infused with extra molecular hydrogen gas (H₂). It’s completely natural and backed by science. We’re just boosting the antioxidant potential of water, and your body LOVES that.

2. How much hydrogen does the bottle produce?

Our bottle produces up to 5000 parts per billion (ppb) of dissolved hydrogen— among the highest concentrations available in portable bottles. And if you want more, simply do the cycle a second time and boost the hydrogen concentration in your water!

3. How long does the hydrogen stay in the water?

Hydrogen is a very light gas and will naturally escape over time. We recommend drinking your hydrogen water within 20-30 minutes after the cycle for maximum benefits.

4. Can I overdose on hydrogen water?

Not at all. Your body simply uses what it needs and releases the rest naturally. Hydrogen water is 100% safe, and the benefits increase with consistency — just like good nutrition or training.

5. I already drink filtered water — how is this different?
